📦 Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Belgium takes 3-6 business days , and to the EU , 5-10 business days . You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
Belgium: €8 (free from €100)
EU: €16 (free from €150)
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries within Belgium and the European Union. Shipping outside the EU is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can track your shipment in real time.
🔧 Installation
Is the installation difficult?
No! With our detailed installation guide, you can install the bars yourself. It takes about 2-3 hours and you only need basic tools (drill, spade, level).
What wood should I use?
Use wooden posts measuring at least 100x100 mm . We recommend oak or pressure-treated wood for maximum durability and weather resistance.
How deep should the posts be in the ground?
The posts must be at least 900 mm deep in the ground for optimal stability and safety. It's best to treat the bottom of the post that will be in the ground with a coating to prevent wood rot.
Can I also mount the bars on a wall?
Our bars are designed for installation on wooden posts. For wall mounting, you'll need special brackets that are not included as standard.

What is the maximum load?
Our bars are designed for intensive use and can easily support the weight of several people when properly installed.
Are the bars weatherproof?
Yes! Our bars are made of high-quality steel with a weather-resistant coating, perfect for year-round outdoor use. We do recommend treating the posts (staining/painting) for a longer lifespan.
What is included in the delivery?
You will receive:
- The bar(s) (pull-up bar and/or dip bar)
- Mounting material: screws and washers
- Detailed installation guide on our website
Please note: Wooden poles are not included and must be purchased separately.
Can I expand the bars later?
Absolutely! You can always add extra bars to your setup. Simply order the individual bars and install them on new posts.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns
Do I get a warranty?
Yes, you get a 2-year warranty on all Barra Bars products against manufacturing defects.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. See our returns policy for more details.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Always check your package upon receipt. If there's any damage, take photos, report it to the carrier, and contact us within 48 hours at info@barrabars.com. We'll arrange a replacement free of charge.
