(installation in 4 easy steps)
All heights measured to the top of the bar

📏 1. Choose the right height

🔹 Pull-up bar

± 2.30 m
✔️ Fully hang out
✔️ Feet remain off the ground

➡️ Place the bar 5–10 cm below the top of the pole


🔹 Dip bars

125 – 130 cm
✔️ Full dips
✔️ No ground contact


🕳️ 2. Place the posts

  • Use sturdy wooden poles of at least 100 × 100 mm
  • Dig holes at least 90 cm deep
  • Place the posts level
  • Fill the holes with quick-setting concrete
  • Allow the concrete to harden completely before use
  • Preferably treat the bottom of the post with coating to prevent wood rot


🔩 3. Assemble the bar

  • Mark the desired bar height
  • Drill for (± 4 mm)
  • Screw the bar securely in place using suitable mounting hardware
  • Check that the bar is completely level


✅ 4. Check before use

  • Are all screws tightened securely?
  • Are the posts stable and straight?
  • Is the wood undamaged?
