Shipping Policy

1. Shipping areas

Barra Bars ships to:

  • Belgium: All provinces
  • European Union: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany.

Shipping outside the EU is currently not possible. Please contact us for specific questions about international shipping.


2. Shipping costs

Belgium:

  • Standard shipping: €8
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

European Union:

  • Standard shipping: €16
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

 

3. Delivery times

Belgium:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • Total delivery time: 3-6 working days

European Union:

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery time: 4-8 business days after shipment
  • Total delivery time: 5-10 working days

Please note: These are approximate delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier congestion, customs checks, or weather conditions. Barra Bars is not liable for delays beyond our control.

 

4. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders are processed the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.


5. Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A track & trace code
  • Link to the carrier to track your shipment
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment in real time via the carrier's website.


6. Shipping method

We work with reliable shipping partners such as:

  • bpost (Belgium)
  • DPD, DHL or UPS (EU)

The carrier is automatically selected based on your location and the size of your order.


7. Home delivery

Our products are delivered to the address you provided. Please ensure that:

  • Someone is present to receive the delivery
  • The address is correct and complete
  • There is enough room for the packages (our bars are long!)

If you are not at home, the carrier will leave a message with instructions for another delivery attempt or collection.


8. Damaged shipment

Always check your package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged:

  • Take pictures of the damage
  • Please note this on the carrier's receipt
  • Please contact us within 48 hours at info@barrabars.com

We will then arrange a replacement or refund free of charge.


9. Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you made a mistake:

  • Contact us immediately
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust the address
  • If the order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply for address changes.


10. Customs and import duties (outside Belgium)

For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs charges apply.

All prices on our website include VAT for EU countries.


11. Large or heavy orders

For large orders (multiple sets), delivery time may be longer. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
