2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Barra Bars and to every agreement concluded via the website www.barrabars.com.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer declares that he/she has read and agrees to these general terms and conditions.
3. Products and information
3.1 Barra Bars sells fitness bars and outdoor gym equipment intended for sports and fitness purposes.
3.2 All product descriptions, images, and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible. Minor deviations do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.
3.3 Wooden beams are not included with Barra Bars products. Customers must provide suitable wooden beams for the assembly of outdoor gym equipment.
4. Prices
4.1 All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 Barra Bars reserves the right to change prices and product specifications. The price at the time of order is binding.
5. Orders and agreements
5.1 An agreement is concluded when the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
5.2 Barra Bars reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is suspicion of misuse, errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment must be made in full via the payment methods offered on the website.
6.2 The order will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery takes place within Belgium and the European Union.
7.2 Delivery times stated are indicative. Delays do not entitle you to compensation or termination of the agreement.
7.3 Barra Bars shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
8.1 The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the product without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
8.2 During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product with care.
8.3 The product must be returned unused, undamaged and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.
8.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact info@barrabars.com.
9. Installation and use
9.1 Barra Bars products are designed for DIY installation .
9.2 The customer is responsible for correct installation and must strictly follow the instructions and safety precautions provided.
9.3 Barra Bars is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect, unskilled or unsafe installation.
10. Use at your own risk and liability
10.1 The use of Barra Bars products is entirely at the user's own risk .
10.2 Sports and fitness activities carry inherent risks of bodily injury . Barra Bars does not guarantee that the use of its products will be injury-free.
10.3 Barra Bars does not provide medical, sports, or training advice. The user is responsible for assessing their own physical suitability.
10.4 Barra Bars is not liable for damage, including bodily injury, caused by:
- incorrect or careless use;
- use contrary to instructions or safety regulations;
- incorrect or unprofessional installation;
- overload or misuse;
- use without proper supervision, especially by minors.
10.5 Barra Bars' liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by its liability insurance , plus any deductible.
10.6 Barra Bars is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of income, loss of training or immaterial damages, to the extent permitted by law .
10.7 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes liability that may not be excluded under mandatory Belgian or European law, including product liability for a defective product.
11. Minors and supervision
11.1 Minors may only use Barra Bars products under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.
12. Warranty
12.1 Barra Bars guarantees that the products comply with the legal conformity requirements upon delivery.
12.2 The warranty will be void if the product has been incorrectly installed, modified, misused or insufficiently maintained.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the website, products, images, logos and texts belong to Barra Bars.
13.2 It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use these without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
14.1 Barra Bars processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

15. Applicable law and disputes
15.1 Belgian law applies to these general terms and conditions and all agreements.
15.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
