Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Belgian and European consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product.


2. Conditions for returns

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging (if possible)
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Show no signs of mounting or installation

Please note: Products that have been assembled, installed or used cannot be returned, unless there is a defect or incorrectly delivered product.


3. How to return?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us
Send an email to info@barrabars.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
  • Confirmation that the product is unused

Step 2: Wait for confirmation
We will send you a return confirmation with instructions within 2 working days.

Step 3: Ship the product
Please return the product carefully packed to the address provided by us.


4. Return costs

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless:

  • The product is defective
  • We delivered the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged

In these cases we will fully reimburse the return costs.


5. Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days .

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used for payment, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Please note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the product.


6. Damaged or defective products

If your product arrived damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Send photos of the damage/defect
  • Keep the original packaging

We will then send you a replacement product free of charge or offer you a full refund.


7. Incorrectly delivered product

If we've shipped the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We'll take care of:

  • Free collection of the wrong product
  • Free shipping on the right product
  • Or full refund if desired


8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are custom made or personalized
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. already assembled)


9. Warranty

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are also entitled to the statutory two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This is independent of your right of withdrawal.
